This model is one from my extensive Children's Toys Collection . Description The Puzzle Box S is designed to store four of my jigsaw puzzles neatly together in one compact box. Inside the box are four individual removable inserts . Each insert is sized to hold one puzzle and can be taken out separately. This makes it easy to remove just the puzzle you want to play with while the remaining puzzles stay neatly stored inside the box. The lid is connected to the box with a printed hinge. A short piece of standard 1.75 mm filament is simply pushed through the hinge and serves as the hinge pin. For an even more secure closure, the box can optionally be equipped with four Ø 5 × 3 mm magnets . Two magnets are integrated into the front corners of the box and two corresponding magnets into the lid. The magnets are inserted during printing and are completely enclosed in the finished parts. No magnets are required if you prefer to use the box without the magnetic closure. A larger version, Puzzle Box L , is also available and provides space for six puzzles. Layer height: 0.2 mm Perimeters: 3 Infill: 15 % Gyroid Supports: no Print pauses for the optional magnets The magnets are inserted during printing. Add the following pauses in your slicer: Box: Layer #455 – 91.0 mm Lid: Layer #23 – 4.6 mm At each pause, insert the two magnets into the corresponding recesses and continue printing. Important: Check the polarity of all magnets carefully before inserting them. The magnets in the lid must attract the corresponding magnets in the box.
