Why: Made this gear because the original broke down on the machine. It took a few tries to get a decent fit with enough play to move but not enough to impact the system. I tried to copy the original as close as i possibly could. Printing: It can be printed without using any support materials. Current status This gear is currently installed in the machine and it seems to working as of 22-09-2026. We did not test it for the long run yet but i will place an update when we did.
