When installing it using 3M double-sided tape , ensure the tape is applied precisely. Incorrect application will interfere with the movement and operation of the button. 🔧 Installation Tips: Clean the surface: Degrease the button area with isopropyl alcohol before applying the tape to ensure a strong bond. Check clearances: Cut and place the tape strictly within the designated recessed areas of the cover so it does not spill over into the button's mechanical path. Test the action: Before the adhesive fully cures, press the cruise control button several times to ensure it clicks smoothly and does not stick.
