DETAILS • 70 x 45 x 28 mm closed; the lid closes over a lip and clicks shut on a small latch ridge. • Five-knuckle hinge with 45-degree cone pins and 0.5 mm clearance. I checked in a simulation that the lid swings the full 180 degrees without touching the base. • No supports: it prints open, base and lid side by side, and the hinge knuckles are diamonds standing on solid blocks. Bambu Studio: 57 min, 30 g, no warnings. • After printing, flex the lid gently back and forth a few times to free the hinge.
