## What it is A key rail: one strip, several hooks, one pair of screws. Not one hook per key and six holes in the wall. The upturned nose is 9 mm, so a key ring cannot jump off when the door slams. **Mounting — adhesive pad.** The back is a flat pad, recessed 0.3 mm for a foam adhesive strip and left un-chamfered so the tape has full contact. No hole in the wall - which matters in a rented flat, a camper or on glass. ## Printing PETG or ASA, 0.2 mm layer, 4 perimeters, 25 % infill. PLA works indoors but creeps under a steady load — do not use it for anything that hangs. **No supports.** Every overhang was measured against 45 degrees in the orientation the file is saved in: 0.0 % of the surface stands steeper, which is nothing. Drop the file on the bed as it comes and print. ## In the download - **5 sizes**, each as STL, 3MF and STEP - a dimensioned PDF drawing - `README.txt` with the fit rule and the print settings - the STEP files are real solids, so you can edit them in any CAD instead of pushing a mesh around ## Tell me what you need **Liability.** These are workshop and household accessories, not parts for safety-critical use, for lifting, or for carrying people. Load figures are nominal: what a printed part actually holds depends on material, wall count, infill, layer adhesion and the surface it is fixed to. **This range is generated from parametric code, not modelled by hand.** A different size, angle, length or mounting foot is a parameter and a rebuild for me, not a new design.
